Woohoo! Weigh In Day and I have lost 5 pounds in the past week. That was a great way to wake up this morning. Hopefully I can keep it up because it's making it more worthwhile.Hit the gym today. I did 30 minutes of weight training with Rebecca and 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. It all felt really good today.
My calories were 1480 today. The high side of my range but still where I should be.
