Was in Springfield most of the day. But I still packed my lovely shakes and fruit so I could stay on track. And on track, I stayed but no gym.
Day 57 (Monday-Weigh In Day)
UGH!
I am so frustrated.
I lost one pound last week after switching to the shakes.
I didn't need the shakes to lose one pound.
Still only have 11 pounds total.
Today I did 45 minutes of running/walking and my calories were 1117.
