Just know that I've stayed on track calorie wise. I still worked out last week, just probably not as hard as if I felt good. I didn't make it to the gym today. I thought I was feeling better but wanted another day of rest. Well, I was wrong...I feel worse today than any other day.
But today was weigh in day and I lost another pound. So, a total of 12. Since I feel like hell, I can live with it for now.
