I most likely will not be on here this weekend. It is my birthday weekend. Since the beginning of the year, I have been working my butt off to lose this weight and I'm not having much luck at all! So, this weekend I am free. If I was having success, it wouldn't be a problem to stay on track this weekend, but, that's not the case. I don't plan to purposely go out and eat/drink more than I should. I'm just not going to stress about it.
12 pounds...2.5 months...1200 calories a day...working out...this is all ridiculous!
