Got my taxes done this morning so I didn't get to do weight training with Rebecca but I went in later for some cardio. Did 45 minutes of running/walking. For some reason the running was a lot harder today than it has been. One of my legs started to cramp up pretty early on so then it was sore the rest of the time. Breana sent me the info for "couch to 5k". I'm following that, for the most part. I've tweaked it a little. Hopefully I'll have it all together by April.
