Day 50: Weighed in and lost three pounds for a total of 10. I am thrilled to have lost 3 but after the previous 2 weigh ins, still not feeling too good about it all.
Did 30 minutes weight training with Rebecca, 20 minutes running/walking, and 60 minute class with Rebecca.
At the recommendation of Rebecca (since I'm having so much trouble losing), tomorrow I am starting to replace two of my meals with Myoplex Lite. It's a supplement drink.
Day 51: Started the Myoplex today. I can't say its good but I can get it down. If it does what it is suppose to do, then its worth it.
No gym today and calories were 1218.






Keep it up! Lost 10 pounds...way to go!!
